Yesterday our Black Lab was diagnosed with a torn ligament in her back leg, resulting in her being in constant pain and not being able to walk. She is unable walk up or down the stairs to get outside, and she starts to cry when she puts pressure on it. Its the saddest thing I have ever seen.
She is the sweetest dog... never has bitten anyone, always happy & wagging her tail, and her only vice is that she loves to eat anything she can get her mouth on :).
So far we have spent just over $700 on her xray, blood tests, and pain meds. And now the vet told us we would have to pay around $3000 for the surgery, which we unfortunately don't have :(
So I thought id give this website a shot at helping out our family with this very hard problem. Thank you for your time.
