We set up a non-profit public fund called Step by Steppe (Степ бай Степпе) in Astana, Kazakstan with a vision of preserving and promoting traditional arts, music, and culture. Our fund now needs a Kazak manager. The funds we are trying to raise go toward paying the manager as they work towards fulfilling the vision.
